Our menus are led by seasonality, sustainability and great ingredients. We work with local and British suppliers wherever we can, make many of our ingredients in-house and are always looking for clever ways to reduce waste without compromising on flavour or experience.

Our food menu changes regularly and our cocktails evolve with the seasons, so there is always something new to discover. Above all, we want every visit to PAL to feel relaxed, personal and just a little bit special.
