Being recognised in The A Team category means a great deal to us. PAL has always been a team effort, and we’re incredibly proud of the people who work hard every day to create the food, drinks, service and atmosphere our customers know us for.
Our Going Green finalist place is particularly special. Sustainability has been part of PAL’s business model since the day we opened in 2021. From seasonal menus and local sourcing to reducing waste and finding creative ways to use more of every ingredient, it isn’t a new initiative – it’s simply part of how we operate.
Nearly five years on, we’re still challenging ourselves to do better, because Going Green at PAL isn’t a project with a finishing date – it’s simply how we believe hospitality should operate.
We’re extremely proud to be recognised in two categories and now we’ll be keeping everything crossed for the awards!
